Want to do a handstand but not too sure how to do it or where to start? Then this workshop will help you answer those questions.
This workshop will cover important basis of flexibility, safety, strength, alignment, and standards. As well, you will be given tools to be able to practice on your own and continue your progression after the workshop.
Most importantly, the goal is to enjoy being upside, stay safe and be playful.
So whether you have never gone upside, or can't seem to hold a handstand for long, you will benefit from this workshop.
