In this 4 class workshop, you will focus on split training and how it can reduce your risk of injury, support muscle health and create a fun aesthetic.
Learn ways to increase leg flexibility,
getting close to functional mobility and exploration of the body.
Open to beginners as well as those needing a bit more guidance to further their training.
Sessions are Nov 7, 14, 21, 28 8pm-930pm.
Please note, this is a series and not 4 seperate sessions. You must attend the first class in order to complete the workshop.
